I specialize in PTSD and complex trauma, including work with first responders, veterans, and survivors of sexual violence. I particularly enjoy working with people whose jobs require them to function under chronic stress, repeated exposure to trauma, and the expectation to keep going regardless of what they’re carrying. I have a down-to-earth approach and strive to create a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult experiences with curiosity and compassion. I’m also comfortable challenging you when it supports meaningful change.

I integrate EMDR, somatic and attachment-based therapy, parts work, and creative approaches to help you understand how trauma has shaped your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we’ll move beyond simply understanding what happened and work toward feeling more connected to yourself and your life.

I also work with concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, desire, sexual shame, and the ways trauma and attachment can impact our sexual lives. I’m an AASECT member currently completing specialized training in sex therapy and strive to provide an affirming, sex-positive, and kink-aware space where difficult or vulnerable conversations are welcome.
