As a therapist, I understand that my clients are the experts of their own lives, and they possess all the knowledge and skills needed for change. My role in the therapeutic process is to facilitate this change by helping them establish a healthy relationship with their environment and themselves. With both compassion and mindfulness, I create a space in which my clients feel comfortable. It is important that my clients feel safe, heard, and respected. I focus on becoming one with my client as we walk side by side, through the therapeutic process…no matter the situation or circumstances they face.
For the past nine years, I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I offer therapy in English or Spanish. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, personality issues, and OCD. I work with clients who are going through difficult life transitions, generational trauma, domestic abuse, etc.
