I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a master’s degree in social work. I have had the privilege to experience working with a diverse group of people in my career; including those having difficulty with life changes, health decline, life transition, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, addiction, and psychotic disorders.
I believe in a person centered, strength’s-based approach to therapy. I take the time to highlight a person’s strengths and assist them with recognizing the tools they have while also learning new ways to cope. I believe treatment should be tailored to the client and their needs. I offer a place where you can feel free to talk without being judged.
I believe that everyone has times of struggle and can learn tools to assist them with getting through their difficulties. I provide individual or family therapy for those dealing with issues of Depression, Anxiety, Life Transition, and/or Family Conflict. I also assist those dealing with Grief/ Loss and Stress.
