I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, and relational difficulties. I have a particular interest in family-of-origin work and the ways it shapes how we show up in romantic relationships. I support clients in exploring the emotional and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck—while also helping them build stronger boundaries, greater self-trust, and healthier connection. My style is conversational, pragmatic, and reflective, and I aim to offer therapy that feels both compassionate and grounded. I consider it a privilege to work with clients of varying backgrounds and identities.
I studied at Northwestern University, where I focused my clinical work and research on helping clients build relational self-awareness in their lives. I also received training at Columbia University to treat Prolonged Grief Disorder, a highly effective form of therapy used to treat symptoms of grief.
I live in New York City & work both in-person and virtually with clients. I strive to make therapy feel both meaningful and comfortable, and my dog—who often sits in on sessions as my unofficial therapy assistant—adds a calm, warm presence to the work we do together.
