I specialize in working with generalized and social anxiety D/O, obsessive-compulsive D/O, major depressive and bipolar D/O, grief and loss, trauma related challenges, and other fears and phobias. I use an integrated cognitive-behavioral approach that will serve to pull subconscious thoughts into workable conscious thinking patterns.
