Hello there! My name is Eric and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field since 2011, ranging from providing support in an inpatient psychiatric setting to providing telehealth crisis management and services, and more recently transitioning to working more one-on-one. I utilize a combination of skills and tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Positive Psychology to highlight what is within your control and in your power in any given situation, to build specific tools and skills to face those challenges, and to further take control of what you can in life.
I have a lot of experience in assisting people with a variety of issues: managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, processing stress more effectively, processing grief and feelings of loss, navigating difficult life events, and managing burnout and compassion fatigue.
