I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, emotion dysregulation, and depression. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. Each person's path is unique, and our sessions will focus on what you need and what matters most to you. In our work together, you'll find a warm, welcoming space where every part of you is accepted.
My approach integrates several therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Our work together will involve cultivating a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to better work toward the things you value.
