My ideal clients are adults navigating the complexities of being neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, Autism). They seek understanding, validation, and practical strategies to better manage life. They desire a safe space to explore and affirm their identity, including their sexual orientation and relationship preferences. My clients aim to improve self-awareness, and self-esteem, and be generally more productive, effective, and fulfilled in life. With my extensive experience and empathetic approach, I offer both emotional support and practical, concrete, and sometimes out-of-the-box solutions to help thrive.

In 2014, I launched ADHD reWired - a weekly podcast for adults with ADHD where you will hear a collection of personal stories, science, and strategies. ADHD reWired allowed me to serve an international community of ADHD adults doing intensive group coaching. I am excited to reopen some spots for 1:1 therapy and coaching.

ADHD reWired Coaching & Accountability Group

This is a virtual (video-based) group coaching program specifically for adults with ADHD. It runs 10 weeks and we meet 3 times per week for an hour. This is not a therapy group. We focus on productivity, time management, prioritizing, all while learning more about and connecting with other adults with ADHD. New sessions begin 3-4 times a year.
