About
"The past can hurt. But the way I see my it, you can either run from it, or learn from it." - Rafiki. Learning from and overcoming our past can be mentally, emotionally, and spiritually challenging. However, running from our past mentally, emotionally, and spiritually draining. In my practice, clients are given the warmth and support to confront the past, the tools to overcome the past, as well as the space and grace to learn from the past. My practice is geared toward helping you to put the past in the past and to be present in the present.
I am trained in Evidence Based Practices for Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Aggression, and Substance Abuse. I work with Men, Women, Couples, Teens, and Families.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Additionally, I have a Masters Degree in Theology from Fuller Seminary. I am conveniently located in Downtown Glendora. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health.

Sexual Accountability for Men
My ideal client is a man who is in or wants to be in a relationship. I want to help him to: make sense of his sexual needs and desires ;understand how his unfulfilled sexual needs and desires can turn into obsession; understand why he sometimes channels those needs, desires, and obsessions into pornography; make sense of his internal sexual world and help him to get a grip on his sexuality before he loses everything that he has worked so hard to get; I want to support that man in safely and lovingly exploring sexual intimacy with his partner.
