Look at you! Come on, self-improvement! Therapy isn’t just for people who have a problem or issue to deal with. You can come to this space and feel seen, heard, and like you matter, because you do. The journey through life isn’t a straight road. It’s filled with twists and turns and bumps and climbs. One day, I can navigate it through light rain and cloudy skies. The next day can be driving up hill in a thunderstorm, downpour, gale force winds, and dark clouds. Not to mention, whose car is this, and how did I even get in it?! Having resilience doesn’t mean running away. Resilience is being terrified and facing it anyway.
I am currently a doctoral intern working towards licensure. I am also a retired military veteran (US Army, MP). I have worked with a wide array of adults and adolescents, supporting clients from both affluent and underserved communities. My approach to therapy is person-centered. That simply means meeting you where you are.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, and you do not have to figure it out on your own. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to sort through thoughts, emotions, and the occasional “how did I get here?” moment. If you are seeking clarity, healing, or a fresh perspective, I would be honored to walk with you. Pull up a chair. We are in this together.
Pull up!
