Difficult emotions or trauma can often interfere or block your ability to move forward in life, achieve goals and dreams for your future. Using a collaborative approach with clients, my aim is to not only reduce painful or uncomfortable symptoms but to renew, revitalize and find a more fulfilling way of living life! I utilize a HIPPA compliant software program with integrated Telehealth (Video) therapy platform which is easy to access and use.I am currently available and accepting new clients. I use a variety of approaches in my work with clients including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Image Transformation Therapy as well as other trauma-informed treatments. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including, teens, young adults, individuals, pre-married and married couples.
