I am experienced at working with children, adults, older adults, families, and couples on transitions that impact your life’s journey using a variety of evidence-based treatments. I have many years of counseling experience with clients of all ages in inpatient hospital units, counseling centers, and faith-based and social service settings.
Also, for those that wish to do so, my background and training have given me the skills to integrate spirituality and psychotherapy. My religious background and practice is Christian, yet clients from a variety of perspectives find my approach affirming and respectful. I’m here to help you find strength and tools to use to overcome life's challenges.
