Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a space for telehealth therapy for adults working through trauma, anxiety, and behavioral addictions, including gambling. I am licensed in Ohio and authorized through the Counseling Compact to provide online therapy for clients in Arizona and Minnesota. My work often incorporates EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward healing. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples impacted by religious, military, and addiction-related trauma. I am trained in EMDR to aid in healing, and as a Level III Gottman-trained therapist, I help couples strengthen communication and connection. As a STAR Behavioral Health provider, I bring experience with military-related concerns.

I value strong, collaborative relationships with my clients, believing that trust and connection are central to meaningful change. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I'm trained in EMDR and find purpose in helping clients heal through trauma work. I’m also passionate about clinical supervision and supporting the growth of future clinicians.
