I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in practice for over 7 years. I have experience with all different walks of life and ages. I have worked with employees of companies and their families across the country and currently work at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Dental Medicine as their mental health therapist.
I utilize multiple therapy models but favor Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
