Are you looking to foster self-awareness, improve social skills, strengthen self-concept, and/or fine-tune self-regulation? I offer couples and family counseling, as well as individual and group counseling. With a practice in rural Maine, I see clients struggling with every type of mental health concern including anxiety, depression and anger management. As a therapist with 30 years of advanced, clinical experience, I specialize in trauma treatment, providing a combination of cognitive-behavioral and depth therapy based on my published research and on the most recent scholarly literature.
Offering 2 Telehealth Groups:
1. DBT skills for Adults. Designed to compliment individual counseling, not replace it. Monday's 1:30pm-2:45pm.
2. RUBI Groups for parents whose children have behavioral issues.
Thursday's 10am to 11am. In-home Intensives Available. Call for more information.
