My ideal clients are children, teens, adults, and families/parents grappling with issues like Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Electronic Dependence, Impulse-Control Disorders, PTSD, all yearning for practical tools to reclaim control and build lasting independence and resilience. My ideal clients want not just relief, but empowerment: the ability to navigate stressors independently, foster meaningful connections, uncovering a sense of purpose and meaning for a more balanced and motivated life.
I specialize in working with Children and Men's Issues as well as working with Veterans as a Prior Service Member. I focus beyond basic talk therapy by empowering survivors with trauma-informed care using cognitive-processing therapy to help those with trauma move past their Stuck-Points ("I'm not safe... It's my fault... I'm damaged.")
In the whirlwind of modern life, whether it's the weight of anxiety or the echoes of trauma, I've seen clients transform severe trauma and anxiety into forward momentum and balance. My goal is your success: empowered, meaning-fulfilled, driven, resilient, and ready for whatever comes next. My practice is Neurodivergent-Affirming and proudly Veteran Owned.
