The preteen and teenage years present their own unique challenges during a particularly vulnerable time in our lives. I believe everyone has the power to change. Yet it often takes guidance and alternate perspectives to recognize the changes desired, and how to go about facilitating those changes. That’s why I’m here. I aim to help young people identify their authentic selves through discovery and recognition of their strengths, identifying present challenges, and setting personal goals.
I am an LCSWA and licensed school social worker with 10+ years experience working with adolescents in public schools. My entire career is focused on working with youth and their families struggling with any number of challenges in life whether they be trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, identity issues, or any other present struggle.
