About
I work with couples and individuals who are struggling to overcome habitual patterns of behavior that are preventing them from experiencing a satisfying connection with each other and themselves. If you and your partner have experienced betrayal, addiction issues or have simply allowed your relationship to become stagnant, I can help you find your way back to a secure and fulfilling bond. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques including Brainspotting to help you first understand and then have a new experience of yourself and your partner.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I believe that our biggest personal challenges often manifest in our relationships and it is in our relationships where we have the biggest opportunities for growth. As we work together you will begin to have a new experience of relating to your partner and learn new skills that you can apply from the beginning.
My therapeutic style is warm and direct. I use humor as we hone in on the places where you feel stuck so that you will begin to experience a new way of relating to your partner and yourself. My style is supportive and encouraging. With experience and compassion I help you heal and grow in the way that fits your own internal wisdom.
