I currently offer Individual psychotherapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) services. I focus on treating addictions, anxiety, depression, and helping with sports performance issues. I believe that developing a safe and secure relationship with each of my patients is essential for them to learn new ways of thinking and behaving, to find meaning and purpose in their life, & to move towards creating a whole and complete sense of self. My approach to healing is informed by acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, transpersonal psychology, person-centered therapy, & somatic approaches to healing.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy you will learn to increase your awareness and attention to patterns of thinking and behaving that are keeping you stuck in life. By developing helpful skills to change the way you respond to difficult thoughts and feelings, you can learn to have a more relaxed, creative, and flexible mind & body.
I also enjoy helping athletes with their mental health & developing mental performance skills to help them succeed and reach their goals.
