Alliance- therapy is most effective when it is a collaboration built on trust and unconditional support. Transformation- whatever you are struggling with, my job is to inspire change and help you transform into the person you want to be.
I work with adults of all intersecting identities, but I do specialize in working with those who identify as LGBTQ+. My training and experience make me especially qualified to treat depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction, and trauma. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic, CBT, ERP, and EMDR.
