I explore the details of your past to help understand the patterns emerging in the present. I encourage you to feel deeply into the moment, and I lean on the therapeutic relationship to better understand your relational life.

I have made many mistakes in my own life, and my therapy tends to be nonjudgmental and direct. I won’t tell you what to do, and I don’t think anyone is “bad.” My goal as a therapist is to understand, as closely as I can, what your experience of life is like.
