Life can be painful, and at times we can find ourselves confused, lost, anxious, or seemingly alone. My primary role is directing a college mental health clinic. I also have a generalist background from my training in hospital and various outpatient settings, with particular expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain. I also specialize in developmental issues of adolescence and young adulthood, as well as couples and parents.
