I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and have also been trained in a range of other modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, & Solution Focused Therapy.
