VISIT: www.smartertherapy.me - Our practice helps clients of all genders and backgrounds. Each of our clinicians has a unique focus.
My ideal client is a high-achieving man who appears confident but feels overwhelmed, stuck, or empty inside. He struggles with anxiety, depression, or perfectionism, and wants more than just “coping”—he wants clarity, confidence, and real change. He’s ready to do the work, but needs guidance grounded in research, not fluff. I specialize in evidence-based strategies that help men break patterns, reduce distress, and build a life that actually feels as good as it looks.
I use only evidence-based therapies. My approach is grounded in proven methods like CBT, ACT, the Unified Protocol, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Radically Open DBT. I tailor treatment to each person—whether it’s gaining emotional balance, improving relationships, or building a life aligned with their values.
Reaching out to a therapist is the hardest part of feeling better. I offer a space where you can be honest, heard, and not judged. My approach is collaborative—I won’t impose answers but I have ideas to offer when they are wanted. I listen deeply, with curiosity and respect. I work collaboratively so we can work together toward real change.
