I offer a customized approach for individuals, couples, families and adolescents with a variety of skill deficits, adjustment symptoms and trauma. My areas of expertise include mood regulation, sensory perception, promoting self leadership, encouraging self acceptance, facilitating healing, instilling hope, awakening vitality, inspiring joy, enriching relationships, and fostering connections with nature, self and others.
As an experiential, present-centered therapist, I also integrate adventure, nature-based, and animal-assisted therapies to offer a dynamic approach tailored to each client. My therapeutic approaches aim to provide honest and practical feedback to help you effectively address what’s keeping you from a full and meaningful life.
Additionally, I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes the ketamine, & supports us in monitoring outcomes.
