You would feel better about your progress with life goals, be able create meaningful and close relationships, maintain healthier habits, and be able to cultivate a higher sense of self esteem. You have so much potential, but may not know exactly how to reach it. I hope to support you in achieving all of this by providing you with an emotionally safe therapy space where you are able to authentically express yourself and feel supported.
My clinical style is active and collaborative and is rooted in CBT, Narrative, and Solution Focused Therapies. I also offer EMDR as well as gender affirming surgery(GAS) letters and immigration evaluations. Ultimately, my intent is to provide you with skills, tools, and insights that will get you where you want to go!
Most of my clinical experience has been with the LGBTQ community, survivors of traumatic experiences, persons experiencing anxiety or depression, and people in recovery from substances.
