Hello, thanks for considering me to assist in your life journey. I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California, and a licensed mental health counselor in Washington, State, with over 35 years of experience working the continuum of behavioral health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, goal setting and career challenges. My counseling style is to work collaboratively with you to jointly determine your specific needs and to develop goals and an action plan.
My goal is to help you be successful in your journey. I believe that you are the expert on you, and inherently know what needs to be done. It takes courage to strive for a more fulfilling and happier life. The first step in that process is often the most difficult as most of us tend to avoid change. The rewards, however, are great.
