Your prayer has been answered! Hi, I am Eric Joseph, welcome to Total Therapy Today LLC. I have 21 years of pastoral and 12 years of clinical experience working with many individuals struggling with various life issues. The work of ministry for pastors and lay leaders can add more stress. The truth is that being a born again Christian do not make us immune to those struggles which are usually manifested as anxiety, depression and other mental and emotional difficulties. This makes professional Christian counseling not just a therapeutic process but a ministry to the body of Christ—so we will begin and end every session with prayer.
Total Therapy Today was birth out of the need to help identify and address the mental, emotional, relational & spiritual needs of others by integrating theology and psychology in a way that is Christ-centered, Bible-based and Spirit-led. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, particularly trained in marriage and family therapy among other modalities.
The reality is that we all experience difficulties from time to time. However, professional Christian counseling should be sought when those difficulties begin to have a negative impact on our spiritual, personal, marital, family and job functioning.
