I work with a wide range of anxiety disorders, trauma - including religious trauma - and difficulties related to mid-life challenges and relationship communication issues. I am trained in EMDR and have used it successfully for anxiety and trauma recovery since 2018.
My therapeutic method utilizes a blend of Person-Centered, Gestalt, Jungian, and Somatic Psychology approaches. I view my client as a person, unique and unrepeatable, and therefore not an occasion to use cookie-cutter therapeutic techniques, nor to use professional diagnoses as the full expression of their personality.
I have been a fully licensed therapist since 2018 and hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University, as well as a BA in Pastoral Ministry from Oral Roberts University, and am currently completing an MA in Orthodox Theological Studies from Antiochian House of Studies.
