I believe that good therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. From this place of connection, presence, empathy, and understanding, we’ll work together to explore what’s holding you back from living a life that feels full and meaningful. As your therapist, I will join with you to help develop self-compassion, heal old wounds, discover inner wisdom, and move towards a more full way of being in the world. My approach to therapy is integrative and recognizes the importance of mind, body, and spirit. My practice pulls from different modalities including AEDP, IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic, somatics, and person-centered.
I work with individuals of all identities and walks of life who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, relational problems, emotional or spiritual disconnection, and other challenges. I also specialize in working with men on issues related to male identity including emotional disconnection, isolation, and relationship difficulties.
I’m passionate about and feel honored to work with adults and late adolescents who are motivated to learn about themselves, build self-compassion, and develop a deeper connection to themselves and others. I'm currently seeing clients in person and through teletherapy services to individuals living in VT through a secure HIPAA compliant software.
