I have been certified as an EMDR Therapist since 2014. The primary modality of treatment that I use to assist people to overcome their past is EMDR Therapy. I also use the Internal Family Systems model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in order to craft a path forward that is unique to your situation.
