Together we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your life, build tools to regulate the nervous system, and create a stronger foundation of resilience and balance so you can feel more grounded and confident. I have helped clients with OCD, BPD, identity exploration, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, grief & loss, anxiety, depression and trauma.
