Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by their relationships, are hiding parts of who they are, or are struggling with perfectionism/OCD. My goal is to offer a safe and compassionate space to unpack these experiences, learn helpful tools, and find clarity and hope for the future. I’m kind and empathetic, and I trust that your heart will guide our work together. I also value humor and the lightness it can bring to the healing process.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating C-PTSD, OCD, people-pleasing, or spiritual concerns, as well as those who feel stuck in their relationships. As a gay therapist, I strive to create an especially understanding and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and for women who intentionally want to work with a male therapist.

Your patterns don’t define you, but they do hold valuable information. Together, we’ll explore them with compassion and curiosity. I offer a nonjudgmental space to process your emotions, develop skills, and strengthen your trust in yourself.
