I believe therapy is about finding your voice, rediscovering your strengths, and learning new ways to live authentically. As a gay man in recovery, I know firsthand the power of feeling truly seen and supported. My own journey has taught me that healing happens in connection, with ourselves and others. In my therapy, I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment for clients of all backgrounds, with a special focus on the LGBTQ+ and recovery communities. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, identity, relationship issues, or life transitions, my role is to walk alongside you, with understanding and respect.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I have extensive background in substance use treatment and those within the recovery communities. I draw from therapy models ranging from: Attachment theory, to solutions focused and incorporate CBT and DBT into my sessions.
I’m currently earning my clinical hours toward licensure and continuing to deepen my work with individuals and couples navigating recovery, identity, self-acceptance, and transitions.
