As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide individual and couples therapy to preteens through older adults who struggle with various issues relating to anxiety, mood, substance use/addiction, self-esteem, self-worth, and relationship.
I use various therapeutic techniques to help people find solutions to their problems, gain new perspectives leading to better outcomes, and experience growth from issues of the past. With individuals and couples, I practice a range of skills like CBT, SFT, ACT, Somatic Experiencing, and Gottman Therapy.
