I enjoy working with couples and individuals to build better lives and relationships. I support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, men's issues, anger issues, and stress management. For individuals who feel stuck and hopeless, I help provide support, understanding, perspective, and direction. When working with couples, I am experienced in supporting couples recovering from infidelity and communication issues. I help couples build deeper connection and intimacy that can wane over the years as life stressors take a toll on the relationship.

I maintain a goal-oriented approach with clients. I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as ACT and EMDR, to ensure timely and tangible results. When working with couples, I use Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These approaches help to foster healthy attachment in your relationship and establish practices that make relationships last.
