Welcome! I work with individuals, couples and families. A basic guiding principle in my work is that, when we are able to really see and accept where we are, and who we are, we begin to heal and grow. I see therapy as a sacred space, a place of safety in which we can allow ourselves to go deeper into our experience of ourselves, the other, and of our life as a whole. There is a trust I have found in this process, that if we attend to what comes up in this place, it will lead us through.
Our work together will focus on helping you come to greater clarity about what you are doing that is keeping you stuck in unfulfilling patterns in your life and how you can live differently. When we begin to live from this place, we begin living our own, truly authentic life.
I also offer parent coaching and mentoring for parents with children who are suffering from significant behavioral issues, learning disorders or other special needs. I have considerable experience working with adoptive and foster families. I also enjoy working with clients who desire to frame their work within a spiritual context.
