Immediate online therapy openings — If you’re navigating multiple stressors or a challenging life event, feeling stuck or burned out, or struggling with negative judgments about yourself, I hope you’ll reach out. I'd love to help you reconnect with joy, meaning, self-esteem, or balance in your life! Therapy can support you as you explore and take steps in the directions that are important to you.
While I likely have experience working with clients with similar challenges to yours, I also don’t believe that there is a one-size-fits-all “recipe” for any concern. I see therapy as an individualized and collaborative experience, and your goals will shape our focus.
Working together, we can draw on your values, preferences, skills, and hopes in discussing how to navigate challenges in your life. My warmth, respect, and patience help create a supportive environment for these conversations.

Groups
Bereavement (Grief) and Remembering Group
10-WEEK GROUP BEGINS MARCH 2024 - When a loved one dies, we often feel we have lost an important relationship. In this group, we will remember and share stories of a deceased loved one and re-connect with what that person and relationship still means to us. We will do this through journaling, discussion, and developing practices that help us incorporate the memories of that person into our life. The death of this friend or family member could be recent or not (3 months ago to decades ago). Sliding scale $30/60/90 per group (individual intake $60/120/180), or Aetna & Optum insurance accepted.
