I am focused on helping clients who are at a point in their life where they want and need a change. We will work together to help you identify what the underlying issues are, and how to best address them so that you may find relief. I have experience working with clients who have suffered a life changing traumatic event such as combat, sexual abuse, physical abuse, sexual assault, and other traumatic events. Together, we can help you heal from these events in your life. They are a part of you, but do not need to define you.

Together we will do the work that will allow you to transition through whatever struggles you are encountering. My approach to counseling is dynamic and rooted in a variety of methods and therapeutic practices, including interpersonal neurobiology, trauma informed therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness.

As a combat veteran of the USMC and Army National Guard I am uniquely qualified to help military members and those who care for them. Also, as a man who handled emotions poorly early in life, then learned and grew, I can help men to walk through the struggles of exploring and embracing emotions.
