My primary focus is anxiety, depression, relationships, divorce, parent-child conflict, trauma, social anxiety, absent-father issues, domestic-violence, work-life balance, and everyday stressors. I work collaboratively with my clients to improve their ability to regulate emotions and control their behaviors and reactions.
I provide a safe, judgment free space which allows clients to feel comfortable being themselves and express their innermost feelings. I enjoy working with men and women ages 15 and up.
