If you're reading this, you've made the courageous decision to no longer accept the status quo in your life or your relationships. You are beginning to realize, in spite of what the outside world tells you, that you don't have to "go it alone." And so now you are looking for someone that's been in that same place; that can relate to the feelings of frustration or sense of being stuck; of not living the life you envisioned.
I work with couples and men looking to make sustainable change(s) in their lives. Changes in the way they communicate, attune to others, and nurture relationships, all while staying true to their authentic selves. We will use a systemic lens to discern how we got here and, more importantly, where we are headed.
While your experience is unique, I've been the guy on the other side of this screen at various points in my life. It'd be an honor to hear more of your story and to help you become the best version of yourself.
