I'm an experienced therapist, well-known for my relaxed, caring, and peaceful style. Over the years I've helped many individuals deal with depression, anxiety, life stress, relationship issues, and more. I'm a Yale-trained psychologist, but I'm casual, caring, and easy to talk to. My approach is to understand your situation by seeing things through your eyes and walking in your shoes. I will work by your side as your teammate, helping you understand your challenges more clearly and find solutions more easily. I am here to guide you as you grow stronger, find peace of mind, and learn to feel better living your best life.
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and 16+ years of experience in the field. I trained at Yale & the VA in many therapeutic approaches that I will customize to find what helps you the most. With these skills I've helped many individualsin therapy & counseling to improve their mental health, relationships, and whole lives.
The 1st session is complimentary if you decide to find someone else. The only insurance I accept is Anthem/BCBS and the state Husky/Medicaid (which pays fully for all sessions). Otherwise, I'm out-of-network and clients pay the full out-of-pocket fee for each session ($120). I accept payments from your HSA/FSA.
