Having worked with Virtual Therapy (phone and video) since 2004 and Virtual EMDR since 2015, I can serve you now. EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a comprehensive and gently compassionate approach to adversity and trauma including anxiety, depression, couple and family issues. I utilize EMDR for gentle and quick results in working with clients that have many presentations. I work with complex issues in individuals like brain injury or adult neurological diagnoses. I also work with issues that you might just be stumped by and need another eye to look at: things like extended family issues due to loss of a loved one.
