Having worked with Virtual Therapy (phone and video) since 2004 and Virtual EMDR since 2017, I can serve you now. Fitting my training and style, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a comprehensive and gently compassionate approach to adversity and trauma including anxiety, depression, couple and family issues.
