Working from a perspective that is Humanistic and Mindfulness informed, I help people develop a connection with the inner guidance that is our natural source of healing and growth. I help treat a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, adjustment to life transitions, identity development, and spiritual exploration.

It can take a lot to reach out for help and to confront the challenges or questions we face.
