Accepting new clients - I specialize in helping individuals and couples with life stress, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. My trauma-focused approach, drawing from various therapeutic methods, creates a safe space for healing. I’m a systemic therapist. I look at individuals, couples and families in their context of their environments, histories and relationships. I don’t believe that a “diagnosis” is an effective way to view a human being without greater context and understanding of their lives. My therapeutic method is grounded in exploring who you are as an individual, couple, or family - promoting true self healing.
I provide individual, couple, and family based therapy. My lens is systemic. Specializing in trauma-focused therapy, I offer support for general life stress, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. With influences from IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, and narrative methods, I provide telehealth services to help you heal, grow and thrive.
I’m very laid back and “real.” If you’d like to work with me, I’ll make sure to emphasize authenticity and promote vulnerability. I believe healing starts with being honest with ourselves and leaning into healthy narratives. I’m excited to work with you individually, as a couple or family based.
