Hi, I’m Eric! I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University in May 2023, along with a Certificate in Trauma Practice, with over a decade of experience in mental health. Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all". I specialize in evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Approach, Strength-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT. I work with older teens and adult clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, school struggles, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics.
My therapeutic approach is centered around providing a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your authentic self in a relaxed, warm, and friendly environment. I pride myself on building strong rapport with my clients, helping them feel at ease, and using my experience to guide them through their challenges.
