Relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, and clinical hypnosis are three cornerstones of my professional identity. Utilizing these influences, I facilitate clients' clinical growth by: (1) improving self-soothing and internal self-regulation, (2) strengthening the positive connection between mind and body and (3) creating healthier patterns of relating with others.
I am certified as an Approved Consultant in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), and integrate hypnosis in working with anxiety, habit control, insomnia, pain, self-esteem, trauma, and other concerns. I am also co-author of the book 'Attachment in Group Psychotherapy', published by APA.

Adult Process Group (online since 2020)
This group focuses on general relationship issues, such as communication, commitment, and trust. Membership in the group is open, which means that adults of all ages, sexual orientations and relationship statuses are welcome. In addition to examining relationship issues, this group focuses on interpersonal interactions between the group members, with an emphasis on greater awareness of "process," or how we relate to one another both verbally and non-verbally. One of the goals for this group is to help members develop greater awareness of their interactions in relationships. This group is currently active, but new members are still being accepted.
