We’ll connect with your emotions, and I’ll help you learn new ways to connect with and manage emotions. Individuals and couples who complete this process often end up with a better understanding of themselves and others.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who experience depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and men's issues. I have previous experience and interest in working with folks within the LGBTQIA+, Consensually Non-Monogamous, and Kink communities who struggle with self-compassion, self-development, and identity issues.
