I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with youth and adults. I am passionate about working with people, and helping them overcome and work through challenges such as adjustment issues, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, post-traumatic stress, substance use and more. I also offer parent coaching sessions to help parents find the best ways to support their children and strengthen communication.
I provide a supportive environment to help you explore ways to create healthier alternatives to cope with whatever challenges you may be facing. I believe that therapy is a tool we can use to increase our self-awareness, build on natural strengths and find our true and unique potential.
