I also offer parent coaching sessions to help parents find the best ways to support their children and strengthen communication.
I provide a supportive environment to help you explore ways to create healthier alternatives to cope with whatever challenges you may be facing. I believe that therapy is a tool we can use to increase our self-awareness, build on natural strengths and find our true and unique potential.
