Many of us may become stuck at different stages in our lives for many reasons. With 30 years of experience in helping services, I create a compassionate and supportive environment to work with parts of you that may be out of balance utilizing psychodynamic and trauma aware approaches such as EMDR therapy, internal family systems, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic harm reduction, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
